Monday - 6:00am-10:45am
Tuesday - 6:00am-10:45am, 4:00pm-6:00pm
Wednesday - 6:00am-10:45am, 4:00pm-5:30pm
Thursday - 6:00am-10:45am
Friday - 6:00am-10:45am, 3:45pm-6:15pm
Saturday - 6:15am-8:45am, 10:45am-11:45am
Sunday - No Freestyle

Freestyle Rules and Guidelines
All skaters must sign-in for each 30 minute freestyle session. Freestyle sessions will be limited to the first 25 skaters. Skaters must have competed at Freestyle 1/2 level or higher to skate during the session. Lower level skaters must be accompanied by a coach during a lesson.
Stroking
Heats you up on intensive drills and basic skating techniques while getting you in shape! Crossovers, stroking and proper technique are emphasized.

Thursday - 5:30-5:45pm
Saturday - 9:30-10:00am
Off-ice
We offer a wide variety of off-ice classes. Check out information at the front desk for details.
Private Lessons
We have many coaches available to teach private lessons. Arrangements can be made directly with the coach of your choice. Public session admission or Freestyle session fees required. Call (972) 731-9600 for more information.
